Two bugs fixed

Unsurprisingly, the release was not flawless.  I accidentally reintroduced an old bug before the upload and added a new one.

• Fixed being able to press a number key on the keyboard to select a mutation that is not on the current page
• Fixed changing pages via a left/right press selecting the wrong mutation

Ideally, there will not need to be updates after this one.  We will see.
