Fixed a bug with Melting and Heavy Heart
Nearly a year later, it is discovered that Melting can see heavy heart twice in one run through detachment.
This was because of a bug in NTT that I attempted to fix for NTT versions before v100.017 where Skeleton taking redemption after meeting heavy heart conditions would prevent seeing heavy heart from then on.
Now, the NTT bug is fixed on v100.017 by YellowAfterlife, but I have made my fix for it more correct because I wish to still support 9940 and 9944. Correcting my code also got rid of Melting seeing it twice (the reason for the update).
Perhaps fixing this bug on 9940 and 9944 does not belong in Grillskills. If anyone would like to upload a "Heavy Heart Redemption Fix" mod for 9940 and 9944, it can be accomplished by setting GameCont.wepmuted to false after redemption has been taken. I settled for detecting this by waiting until there is a level-up screen with the player having no mutations (and thus a GameCont.wepmuts of 0) if game_version is equal to 0 (how you detect if NTT is not yet v100).
Regardless, I will keep it in Grillskills to not remove functionality.
