A few fixes

EDIT TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER: it works on the NTT Steam beta, kind of.  Option order gets shuffled (but that's better than not having access to the menu).

EDIT ALMOST 19 HOURS AFTER THE FIRST EDIT: I fixed Custom Options throwing an error when changing pages, showing the wrong page names, displaying the page arrows at the wrong distance, and inconsistently shuffling page order.  Remember that these were only problems on the NTT Steam beta; if you're on 9944 or below then nothing has changed (hopefully).  NTT Steam beta will still have shuffled option order and it also will not show up in the pause menu, but nothing can be done about that until I do a version specifically for v100.

There were a few bugs remaining that I had ignored, but I thought I should take care of them.

(Some) changes:

• Fixed a desync that could happen if you had a local co-op player in an online lobby
• Replaced a few scripts, again
• Fixed arrows for option pages not drawing on pages that were script references

..and some other minor things that I never kept track of and did "stealth updates" for.

Nuclear Throne Together's getting a lot of development progress, so the next version here will (hopefully) be the one to go with the NTT update.
