Edit from about an hour later:  I fixed skill scaling not detecting properly in 9940 (no more invincibility from 2+ strong spirits).  I now have a separate installation of NTT that I will use before posting.

• Crown of Hatred now shows up as the death cause if you die to it
• Fixed errors that appeared when touching a chest with Crown of Hatred or a weapon with Crown of Protection
  • instance_place is broken in 9940 and I did my testing in 9941.  My bad.
• Fixed a crash related to instance_find, UberCont, and Crown of Destiny
  • Same thing as above, I didn't catch this because I forgot to test on the public version

If any other issues are found please tell me.
